With the sprouting glasses from Eschenfelder you can harvest freshness and health every day. The delicious crisp sprouts provide chlorophyll and essential vital nutrients all the year round.
Sprouting is very simple:
- Soak seeds overnight for 8 - 12 hours.
- Rinse twice a day (mornign and evening) under a running tap
- Then empty the water
- Place the jar in a sloping position and leave to drip.
- Harvest after 3 to 8 days.
Please mind: The sprouting glass is not appropriate for sticky seeds like cress, rocket, mustard, chia, linseed et. Please use only Sprouting dishes for these seeds.
