Rutabaga Imperial Crown Seeds
Info: Imperial Crown is a rutabaga from the UK. It is a relatively undemanding, but very vitamin-rich vegetables. They are rich in vitamins C, A, and K. The turnips impress with their sweet-spicy taste. The beets can be used in mixed salads or as raw food. Of course, they are also cooked, steamed, fried or mashed delicious. The variety has high shelf life and strong resistance to cabbage hernia.
Sowing & cultivation: Because the rutabaga is quite unpretentious, clayey, sandy, humus soils are excellent. They can be sown on the spot in April. The distance between rows should be 20 cm, the distance between plants should be 10-15 cm. A shelf depth of 3cm should be observed. Before sowing, mix some compost. As dryness increases the risk of falling, it should be regularly poured in dry times.
