Fire bean Red Knight Seeds

Info: Red Knight is a fire bean with a beautiful, dark purple speckled grain. The single, delicate pods reach a length of 15cm. With their wonderful taste, they are ideal as a side dish to meat and fish dishes. But even a delicious salad can be refined with them. This highly productive strain can also be easily frozen.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing should be about 3 cm deep. Press seeds and cover with soil. For row sowing the distance shoould be 40 cm with a grain spacing of 6 - 8 cm. When sown as a pit sowing, the distances are 30cm at 5-7 seeds per planting site. Sow the beans in humus-rich, well-drained garden soil in a warm, sheltered, sunny to partially shaded place with even moisture. If necessary, separate. The stability of the plants is improved by sowing in clumps.
