The pretty cone-shaped pods mature from yellow to orange-red with mild heat and a slight frutiy sweetness. It works well either cooked or fresh for salads, salsas, and other dishes based on chile peppers. This pepper is also good to pickle or to cook with. Ideal chili for your kitchen!
