Onion Purplette Seeds
Info: The spring onion Purplette captivates with its delicious taste. The small cylindrical, purple shining bulbs are extremely long laasting. Very good for raw use in salads.
Sowing & cultivation: Sowing can take place from April to June. The seeds are covered with soil in a plant depth of 0,5 cm, well pressed and kept moist. After germination the seedlings can be separated. The planting distance should be 10-25cm. Sow on a loose, strong soil which is not pre-fertilized. The harvest can take place from September, as soon as the foliage has fully departed.
